“ What did my MBA from Geneva do for me? More responsibility at work. Increased salary. It helped with corporate leadership. It helped me be well rounded and caring about morals and ethics.”

— Bill Shiderly ’17, MBA Vice President at a national engineering firm

“ One of the advantages students at Geneva have is they are coming from an organization that believes in absolute right and wrong. Employers don’t trust their critical assets to a mercenary who is only in it for themselves. Individuals with ethics based on solid moral values, like we emphasize at Geneva, make great staff.”

— Paul Poteete Professor of Cybersecurity at Geneva

“ The practices and skills I learned in the classroom are the same ones I use in the workforce today. Geneva prepared me for life by getting me to think about what it means to be an ethical leader in the world.” — Shaka Sydnor ’12, MA in Higher Education Associate Dean of Students at Virginia Tech

“ With the Christ-centered focus, the professors are comfortable talking about their faith and integrating it into their lessons. And the solid Geneva College reputation helped me get a job.”

— Katie Thomas ’17, MA in Counseling K–5 School Counselor
