Stevenson, Maryland An exceptional education to last a lifetime
A
Stevenson University education is defined by exceptional experiences, connections to careers, and a welcoming, dynamic
community where you’ll find the opportunities, mentoring, and support to define your vision of success. You’ll enjoy living on campus, exploring Maryland and the region, being involved in Uni- versity life, studying abroad, and cheering on our championship athletic teams. But you’ll also enjoy the opportunities that only Stevenson can offer: small classes with faculty who care as well as experiences inside and outside the classroom that allow you to explore, create, lead, connect, and succeed throughout and beyond your years as a student.
A community centered on your success You’ll learn from faculty who are active in their pro- fessional and academic fields and dedicated to teaching from experience. A 15:1 student-faculty
ratio helps ensure that you cultivate meaningful connections with your professors. The Universi- ty’s innovative, entrepreneurial spirit reflects the mindset you need for success in today’s world. We’re constantly seeking new opportunities and networks of support for our students—from new courses and degree programs to hands-on learn- ing, leadership, service, and internship experi- ences you can use to fulfill your life’s goals.
Exceptional experiences At Stevenson, exceptional experiences aren’t bound by classroom walls. We encourage stu- dents to continue learning outside the traditional classroom setting. Our students have deployed reef balls in Chesapeake Bay, explored Berlin’s architecture through a camera lens, traveled to France to play ice hockey, and participated in
national leadership programs.
