Transfer admission JCU welcomes transfer applicants who have already graduated from high school (or equiv- alent) and are in good academic, financial, and personal standing at another accredited four- year institution or community college.

Transfer Student Scholarships


University Scholarship: $12,000–$22,000 Renewable scholarships are awarded based on your submitted materials at the time of application for academic performance, strength of college-level coursework, and participation in extracurricular activities.


Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship: $2,000 These awards are given to members of Phi Theta Kappa and are renewable for a second year. You must indicate membership on your application for admission to be eligible.


Community College Scholarship: $2,000 Students who have completed their last 12 credit hours at a local community college (Tri-C, Lakeland, and Lorain) will be considered for this award.
