Jersey City, New Jersey The Jesuit University of New Jersey W

hat happens when you put one of the world’s greatest teaching organi- zations next to one of the world’s

greatest cities? You get Saint Peter’s University, a Jesuit institution just 12 minutes from New York City. Saint Peter’s prides itself on deliv- ering a unique learning experience shaped by rigorous academics, internships that provide real-word experience, community service, and a genuine, caring community that supports you long after graduation. With an undergraduate student-faculty ratio

of 13:1 and a stellar faculty committed to suc- cess, Saint Peter’s offers more than 50 under- graduate majors as well as master’s-level and doctoral degree programs. We’re small enough to know you by name and big enough to bring the world to your door. Saint Peter’s offers flexible transfer programs for students from community colleges and four- year colleges and universities. The University accepts up to 66 transfer credits from commu- nity colleges and up to 90 from four-year institu- tions. Saint Peter’s also has agreements with a number of community colleges for applicants to enroll at a discounted tuition rate. Transfers demonstrating academic excellence may be invited to join the University’s Honors Program.

Our graduates gain just as much experience outside the classroom as they do inside it. The Center for Career Engagement and Experi- ential Learning (CEEL) is dedicated to career development through guidance, résumé build- ing, and career fairs. CEEL works to connect you to internships, employer partnerships, and alumni networking that’ll prepare you for your career after graduation. In addition, University faculty will enrich your classroom experience through research and practical knowledge. They’re committed to blending critical-thinking skills with real-life learning to create a relevant education.

An affordable education For the majority of our students, the cost of tuition at Saint Peter’s is more affordable than most public and private colleges in New Jersey. Our commitment to keeping college affordable is achieved through the use of institutional schol- arships, financial aid, and federal and state grants. Whether you live in New Jersey or out of state, we invest in you through scholarships and aid to keep costs lower. In fact, 40% of our students who live in New Jersey have no out- of-pocket tuition costs, and over 60% of in-state students pay $5,000 or less for tuition.
